CHARITY PUTMAN

Charity Putman has called the Cayman Islands home for the past decade and brings nearly 20 years of music teaching experience from both Canada and Cayman. She holds a Bachelor of Music Performance degree from the University of Regina and has taught a wide range of students through private lessons, workshops, youth camps, and community band programs.

In 2025, Charity joined the JukeBox team, where she offers instruction in low brass (Tuba, Trombone, Euphonium), Trumpet, Clarinet, Voice, Sight Singing/Ear Training, Music Theory, and Piano. She also serves as a low brass specialist with the Cayman Arts Festival, teaching in both group and private settings, and supporting a variety of ensembles.

Beyond teaching, Charity is the Chair of the Cayman National Choir and Orchestra, and has performed with a wide range of local bands throughout her years on Island. She is deeply passionate about making music accessible to all and nurturing the next generation of musicians in the Cayman Islands.
