JUKEBOX MUSIC LTD | TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
​
a) By checking the box below to agree to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms outlined in this document.
b) Students or, if under 18 years old, their parent/legal guardian/caregiver ("Guardian"), are responsible for promptly informing JukeBox Music Ltd (“JukeBox”) of any updates to contact information or address.
c) Students or Guardians are responsible for notifying JukeBox of any medical requirements (including allergies) that their child has, along with any necessary medication.
d) JukeBox retains the right to dismiss a student due to frequent absences, behavioural concerns, or non-compliance with our Code of Conduct. Instances of threatening or violent behaviour by students or their Guardians may lead to dismissal, and refunds will not be provided.
e) Teacher assignments may be subject to replacement or substitution.
2. Release for Photography
​
a) JukeBox retains the right to use photography and videos of you and/or your child for marketing or promotional purposes. Should you prefer that your child not be included in any photography or videography, kindly inform us in writing.

3. Fees
a) Private lesson fees are billed on a per-lesson basis at the start of each term.

4. Lessons at Home
​
a) For students under 18, a Guardian must be present in the house during the lesson.
b) Teachers must be provided with a suitable teaching space within the house that adheres to our safeguarding policy, which can be found on our website – jukebox.ky/policies.

5. Lessons at School
​
​
a) Students leaving class during school hours are responsible for making up any missed coursework with their classroom teacher.
b) After-school lessons require Guardians to collect their child immediately after the lesson or arrange post-lesson care.
c) JukeBox and its teachers are not accountable for students once their lessons conclude and they have left the teaching room.

6. Public Holidays/School Holidays
​
a) Lessons are not scheduled on public holidays or school holidays unless otherwise arranged by the teacher. Holiday dates can be found on your online ASAP portal and on our website.

7. Missed Lessons
​
a) No refunds or credits are given for lessons cancelled by the student.
b) Additional lessons are granted at the teacher's discretion.
c) One make-up lesson per term may be granted during the designated make-up week at
the end of each term. To be eligible for a make-up lesson, the lesson must have been cancelled with 48 hours' notice.​
d) Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled or compensated with a credit for the following term.

8. Group Classes
​
a) No make-up lessons are provided, but students may switch to another class if they need to cancel should there be another class available with space, or gift the lesson to a friend provided the class pre-requisite criteria are met and space is available.
9. Lessons During Exceptional Circumstances
​
a) JukeBox reserves the right to cancel lessons due to extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, epidemics/pandemics, and extreme weather. If possible, lessons may be offered online. Otherwise, lessons will be canceled, and no rescheduling or refunds will be available. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our staff and students in exceptional situations.
