Our teachers are highly qualified in their respective fields. They are First Aid trained, hold valid Police Clearance Certificates and have undergone the Darkness to Light training.

We ask that all our teachers, parents and students are respectful to one another and create a happy and supportive learning environment. 

JukeBox Policy

Upon payment, registration is complete and you give permission for JukeBox Music Ltd to use photography and/or videos of your child for marketing or promotional purposes. If you have any issue with you or your child being used for marketing purposes in any photography or videography then please let us know. 

For those participating in our group classes or programs, please fill out our Waiver and email it to em@jukebox.ky or bring it to your class.

Parents are responsible for notifying JukeBox Music Ltd of any changes to contact details or address.

Parents are responsible for notifying JukeBox Music Ltd of any medical requirements, allergies or medication that their child has/requires and for any changes in those conditions. 

JukeBox Music Ltd reserves the right to dismiss a student due to frequent absences, behavioral concerns or not following our Code of Conduct or Company Principles. Any threatening or violent behavior to staff members or other students may lead to dismissal and a refund cannot be provided.  

Payment & Cancellation Policy 

Payment is proof of acceptance of our policies by the student and parent or guardian.

Lessons are billed termly to coincide with the school calendar. Payment must be made by the due date found on the invoice and paid by cash, cheque or Butterfield bank transfer. 

Cancellation of a lesson should be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a make-up lesson. If sufficient notice is not given then the lesson is forfeited. No more than two cancelled lessons per term can be made up.  

If for any reason lessons are cancelled by the teacher then either a make-up lesson will be scheduled, or the lesson will be credited to the next term. 

If you do not wish to continue with lessons a refund cannot be provided for the remaining lessons of that term. Please also inform JukeBox Music Ltd that you no longer wish to continue.

No lessons are scheduled for Bank Holidays unless requested specifically. 

JukeBox Music Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to bad weather. In the event of a hurricane, exceptional circumstances, extreme weather or acts of nature which is out of the control of the teacher, lessons will not be rescheduled or refunded. 

Alternative payment arrangements can be discussed. Please contact us if you would like to talk about it.

Class Cancellations 

For Baby Boppers and Minnie Movers one make-up class will be held at the end of the term (in the week following the last paid class). If you have missed a class you will be able to attend this make-up class

For all other group classes a make-up class cannot be offered. Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next term and there are no refunds or credits provided for missed classes.
